  • Chattogram IT Soft will provide 1 year of technical support to the First Party.
  • Support includes minor feature updates. Major issues or upgrades will be handled at a minimal additional cost.

  • All work will be completed within the agreed timeline and delivered to the First Party.
  • Any new features or changes requested during development will require extra time and payment, based on mutual agreement.
  • Quality and effectiveness of the project will be ensured.

  • All project data will be kept secure and confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
  • Server and security management will be handled with the consent of the Second Party.

Payment will be completed in the following phases:

  • 35% Advance Payment (Project Start)
  • 35% After Design Completion
  • 30% After Final Delivery (within 2 days)

❌ Project Cancellation Policy

  • If the client cancels the project voluntarily, payments made are non-refundable.
  • If the client does not accept the project within the agreed time, Chattogram IT Soft reserves the right to take legal action.

  • Any violation of terms by either party may result in legal action.

  • Additional features or upgrades will be provided based on discussion and agreement.
  • Extra work will incur separate charges.

  • In case of cyber attacks or system damage, Chattogram IT Soft will take responsibility to resolve the issue.

  • After project completion, admin access will be handed over to the First Party.
  • Domain and hosting will remain under the Second Party’s control.
  • The software cannot be shared with third parties without permission.

  • Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.
  • If unresolved, actions will follow the laws of Bangladesh.

  • This agreement will be valid for 1 year and may be extended with mutual consent.

  • Training will be provided to staff for system usage.

  • Renewal will require additional charges.
  • Unauthorized third-party modifications will result in automatic termination of the agreement.
